The Tribal Prosecutor’s Office represents the Choctaw Nation in all criminal, juvenile delinquent, and juvenile deprived matters. If you are a victim in a case and have a question please reach out to one of our victim witness advocates listed below. If you are a defendant or calling on behalf of a criminal defendant we will not be able to speak to you, instead you will need to contact your attorney or if you are represented by the public defender’s office you will need to make contact with them.
