The Judicial Branch Online Pay portal is in development and will be launching in the near future! The new system will be a quick and convenient way to pay court fees like fines, restitution, home study fees and more.

Pay By Phone
Call 918-567-4111.
If you pay your ticket by phone, you will be entering a no-contest plea and waiving your rights to a trial. The violation will be recorded as a conviction and it will be reported to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.
Payment Methods: Both credit cards and credit cards are accepted. Please have your credit card ready when you call.
Pay By Mail
Payment Methods: Cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted.

Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted.
We accept payment at our courthouse locations in Durant and Talihina. Monday through Friday, except Nation-approved holidays, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Court Clerk’s office is closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:00 pm.
