Requirements to Join the Choctaw Nation Bar Association

Members of the Bar Association of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma are licensed to practice law before all courts of the Choctaw Nation. Please defer to the below “Choctaw Nation Bar Association Rules, Code of Ethical Conduct and Judicial Cannons” for requirements of qualifications for membership.
