The Durant Courthouse will be closed on Friday, March 20, 2026, due to construction. The Clerks will continue to answer phones and handle electronic filings during this closure, and the Talihina courthouse location will remain open. Judges will also be available for remote hearings. If an individual needs to appear for arraignments, they may contact the Clerks to obtain remote access at 580-920-7027. We appreciate your patience during our construction.
